Web Return Policy and Procedures
Tara Hydroponics products are manufactured to the highest quality standards available in the industry. They are under warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 30 days from the date of receipt. We understand that there may be times when you will need to return an item to us and we will gladly help with this. The only thing we ask is that you obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number first. This helps us track your return and ensure that it is resolved quickly.
Merchandise may be returned for a full refund up to 30 days after the date of receipt, but only with a Return Authorization number (see below). Tara Hydroponics will refund shipping charges only if the merchandise is defective, or if Tara Hydroponics made a mistake in the shipment of your order. Items that have been opened and/or not in resellable condition cannot be returned.
At this time, Tara Hydroponics only processes returns and does not offer exchanges. If the customer desires to make an exchange, the merchandise must be returned and a new order must be placed at tarahydroponics.com. The credit card used in the original transaction will be credited for the return amount. Once a return is received by Tara Hydroponics it may take up to 30 days to be reflected on your credit card statement.
To request a Return Authorization number, please call 086-0205805 or email us at info@tarahydroponics.com with the following information:
* Order Number.
* Date that the customer received the order.
* Model Name and Number of the item(s) being returned.
The customer will then receive a Return Authorization number. Please write the RA number clearly on the outside of the box near this shipping label. Any package received by Tara Hydroponics without a Return Authorization number will be returned to sender. If the customer has any further questions, please contact Tara Hydroponics at 086-0205805 or info@tarahydroponics.com.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a Tara Hydroponics product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Tara Hydroponics reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Tara Hydroponics reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Tara Hydroponics shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Tara Hydroponics without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Tara Hydroponics may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to Tara Hydroponics.
Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Tara Hydroponics or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law.
